Summit Federal Services, LLC has entered into a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved mentor/protégé agreement with Summit Technologies, Inc. of Pensacola, Florida, under the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP).

Under the ASMPP, SBA rules allow the capabilities and past performance of both Summit Technologies (the mentor) and Summit Federal Services (the protégé) to be considered equally during proposal evaluation, while the certifications and socio-economic status of the protégé are accorded to any teaming arrangement between the two.

Summit Federal Services' and Summit Technologies' relationship is formalized in Joint Venture Agreements known as North Star Services Group, LLC and North Star Technologies, LLC.
