Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information Security (OIS)


Provide full lifecycle acquisition support services including pre award and post-award administration activities. Perform market  research, coordinate with stakeholders and develop acquisition  strategies and approaches resulting in actionable acquisition  packages to achieve optimal solutions considering costs, perfor mance and schedule.


 Small Business Administration (SBA)


Provide certification support services for all  SBA small business programs (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, SDVOSB

SBA CARES BPA

Under BPA Call Order #0001, SFS supported the Small BusinessAdministration’s (SBA) Office of Capital Access (OCA), Office of Financial Program Operations (OFPO), and the Office of Performance and Systems Management (OPSM) by providing technical and functional support for the CARES-enacted loan program delivery. We provided Contact Center Employee resources to staff and deploy personnel supporting the virtual consolidated contact center. Our staff accepted phone calls and emails related to the COVID-19 EIDL Disaster Loan program, the Paycheck Protection Program, the Restaurant Revitalization Fund program, Direct Forgiveness, Veteran Small Business Certification, CAFS/MySBA support, and any additional programs as directed. Under BPA Call Order #0002, SFS provided Case Analysts to staff specific components of the Veteran Small Business Certification (VSBC)Program, which strengthened SBA’s ability to accurately, timely, and effectively process applications from small businesses seeking SBA’s certification under four programs: 8(a), Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), HUBZone (HZ), and the Veteran Small Business Certification Program (VetCert).
