Customer | Maneuver Support Battle Lab (MSBL)
Provide analytical and technical support services for planning, coordinating and executing a series of live prototype experiments with multiple technologies tested and observed for their potential to promote existing and emerging maneuver support and protection. Support includes technical analysis, technical writing, preparing a plan of action and milestones, event coordination, experimentation and war game documentation, data collection and observation, evaluation of outcomes, and lessons learned.

Support the Army Capabilities Integration Center Campaign Plan in conducting combined arms live, virtual, constructive and game-based experimentation. Provide program management services as Assistant Project Officer providing technical and analytical skills in support of the experimentation plan; and provide simulation interactors to execute virtual simulation events.

Under BPA Call Order #0001, SFS supported SBA’s OCA, OFPO, and OPSM by providing technical and functional support for CARES loan programs. We staffed the virtual consolidated contact center, handling calls and emails for programs such as COVID-19 EIDL, PPP, Restaurant Revitalization Fund, Direct Forgiveness, Veteran Small Business Certification, CAFS/MySBA, and others as directed. Under BPA Call Order #0002, SFS provided Case Analysts for the Veteran Small Business Certification Program, enhancing SBA’s ability to process applications for 8(a), WOSB, HUBZone, and VetCert certifications efficiently and accurately.
